YEAR ROUND HIGH LEVEL PROJECTS WITH COMMERCIAL GAS COMPANY

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER. TRACKING PEOPLE ON THE PROJECTS, PROJECT PROGRESS AND PROJECT ACTIVITY BY DATE AND TIME OF DAY. BIGGEST PART OF THE DAY WILL BE IS COLLECTING DATA AND CREATING SPREADSHEETS THAT WILL BE HELPFUL TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER, TO THE FIELD LEAD AND TO THE HOME OFFICE. FROM START TO COMPLETION THIS PERSON WILL FOLLOW ACTIVITY AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE FIELD CREW.

FIRST ROLE IS TO GATHER DATA. SECOND ROLE IS TO ORGANIZE AND CREATE A WORKING METHOD OF OPERATIONS AND PROJECTS. THIRD ROLE IS TO MENTOR THE FIELD TO BECOME ORGANIZED. FOURTH ROLE IS TO KEEP THE OPERATIONS MANAGER INFORMED OF PROJECT STATUS.

MUST KNOW MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT AND EXCEL, (ABILITY TO CREATE SPREADSHEETS AND FOLLOW CHANGES NEEDED THROUGH OUT THE WORK DAY). MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF OUTLOOK, INTERNET RESEARCH AND PREPARING BUSINESS LETTERS.

CAPABILITIES OF COMPLETING TASKS, KEEPING EVERYONE ORGANIZED AND ‘ON THE SAME PAGE UP TO THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT’. LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS, MENTOR TO THE FIELD CREW AND A GREAT COMMUNICATOR.

SAP SPECIALIST
Oil & Gas Industry

Administrative Assistant who has excellent skills in SAP.

Someone to assist the Sales and Marketing Department.
Responsibilities will include maintaining calendars, setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, responding to mail and preparing company correspondence in SAP, setting in on meetings and taking notes, utilizing SAP and Excel and teaching others to utilize these software packages. Create department ideas on utilizing time and create organizational tips on being organized. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and assist with general administrative responsibilities. This person will be the office coordinator, communications coordinator and coordinate group celebrations and special projects.

Salary $35,000

This person must have excellent knowledge of Peachtree, Excel, Word and 10-Key.

Responsibilities will include weekly invoicing, posting daily payments, bank reconciliations and maintaining vendor accounts. Negotiate new prices and contracts with vendors and utilize excellent communication skills when solving invoicing issues. Speak clearly and professionally when answering questions directed by customers and vendors. Prepare audit and commission reports for the owner. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including research and special projects. Maintain filing and document tracking in the accounting department, assist the supervisor when ask about pricing, collections and audits. Provide general assistance to visitors in the office, cover the front desk during the lunch hour and cover other departments when staff members are out of the office.

Salary $32,500

Assistant to the Accounting Manager

Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll Taxes and Budgets.

Prepare month-end, prepare miscellaneous accounting reports, ledgers, journals and reconciliations. Utilize self judgment, working independently without supervision and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines. Able to work overtime and on weekends when needed.

Computer skills: QuickBooks, Quicken, Peachtree, Excel, Word, and 10-key.
