Must be proficient in data entry and the internet. Will be expected to key check detail manually as well as upload e-files containing check detail.
The Revenue Accounting Assistant will undertake the following duties. Some additional descriptions have been made to better explain the extent of the responsibility.
Accounts Receivable Data Entry
Code and Key Detail off checks
Check and balance monthly edit for Revenue close
Communicate to Vendors regarding the set up of Property information and Customer Numbers
Code and Enter Deposit slips on a daily basis
Maintain A/R filing (monthly filing of check detail and
Permanent list of vendor labels for file folders)
Receive data transmissions, communicate with supervisor upon receipt of certain transmissions, copy the files into pashal (our company's software), compile batch files, validate, and upload prepare a recap of the month's transmissions. Mail JIB's.
